I'm an experienced Director and Consultant with a military background who coaches and develops leaders at all levels, helping them face new roles and challenges. I work with leaders to address their blindspots and bring more of their strengths to the forefront. I build self-awareness, cultivate emotionally intelligent leadership, and draw upon individual strengths. I am able to parachute into any circumstance and build direct channels of communication that clarify needed changes. My goal is to set the tone for an agency, collaborating across teams to move the needle of change. I am an authentic leader with a growth mindset. I believe in ongoing learning and development, harnessing new opportunities and strategies to create impactful leaders and build internal structures that solidify efficiency. Career Impacts:+ Directly interfaced with the Regional and Market Defense Health Agency Senior Executive Leaders to build and implemented operational policy and healthcare initiatives that ensured quality and safety.+ Built and introduced a Brigade Standard Operating Procedure that identified and mitigated high-risk behaviors; the program was adopted as a best practice across the United States Army Special Operations Command and United States Army Forces Command, operationalizing the socio-ecological model for the prevention of high-risk behaviors.+ Recognized as the first U.S. Army Social Worker to earn the Army Special Operations medical identifier.
