I have over 22 years experience in the Irish Public Health Sector (HSE) working in IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, IT Operations and Microsoft environments.(ITIL & PRINCE2 Certified) I am extremely customer focused with an analytical mind-set and the versatility to resolve multifaceted issues despite the challenges of changing priorities, imminent deadlines, and differing team agendas. I consider myself a passionate, hard working individual, focusing on the team and supporting the development of their learning as well as my own. In particular developing strategic goals and leading a team to deliver and share in that success with a customer centric mindset. The opportunity to build and lead change in a business very much appeals to me and I believe my values can inspire others to support that journey and drive success through an active approach to problem solving, learning and enhancing the user experience for our geographically dispersed customer base with a positive can do attitude.
