About Terry McManus

A resident of Peoria, AZ, Mr. McManus has over 35 years of experience in the environmental consulting field, managing strategic execution and financial performance of business-units and national programs. He has led diverse teams of project professionals on challenging projects and programs of all sizes. In his operations management roles, Mr. McManus has been responsible for strategic and financial business plans for geographies spanning the western and central U.S, focusing on team building, organizational health, and achieving results. His professional practice implementing solutions for some of his clients' most challenging environmental problems has included the following national markets:(1) energy;(2) industrial/commercial;(3) brownfields redevelopment/liability transfer;(4) water & transportation infrastructure;(5) educational institutions; and (6) local and state government. Currently, Mr. McManus is a Vice President of Client Programs for GES, responsible for account development and growth of key assigned clients within the Industrial, Aviation, Energy, and Commercial sectors. Previously, Terry held positions with GES as CA Operations Manager and Southwest/Gulf Coast Regional Manager, responsible for operations of up to 6 offices from California to Louisiana. Founded in 1985 and privately owned, GES is a full-service environmental consulting firm with gross revenues of approximately $80M/year, 400 employees, and 25+ offices across the U.S, Caribbean, and Latin America.
