As the Business Development Manager for NRG Services and with more than 20 years’ experience within the construction, maintenance, building services and defence industries, I have a thorough understanding of what makes good projects great and exceed original expectations. This includes excellent client interface, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget and upholding the highest safety standards at every project we work on. My hands on career experience provided me with a unique insight into what is required for successful construction and maintenance projects, allowing me to add value every step along the way from initial client contact to project delivery and close out. I’ve seen the nature of the construction and trades industry change significantly over the years, with environmental, social and governance rising to prominence in our valued clients' minds. As such, I have kept abreast of industry leading changes and ensure we continue to leave it better than when we started and that ESG fundamentals are at the forefront of everything we do.
