My strengths include team building, data analysis, problem solving, and coaching. I am very competitive and always strive to be the best, and lead my team to achieve their best. I can help address and solve your challenges regarding document workflow, cost containment, and productivity by utilizing the knowledge and skills I have developed from 42 years in the industry. I work to find solutions, implement those solutions, and provide support by engaging my exceptional team and all the resources at our disposal. My leadership, skillset, and personality allow me to build a strong team whose purpose is to provide you with an exceptional experience. My years of experience, as well as my network of colleagues in the industry, provide me with a wealth of knowledge to tap into in order to meet goals, achieve results, and develop my team members. I am responsible for the bottom line profits of my branches and developing good business processes and practices to achieve profit goals. I have received the Gold award, their highest, from two manufacturers for testing and inspection results. I have PDI+ and Net+ certifications and have been an authorized trainer for two lines of machines. I enjoy golf, fishing, and time with my family.
