About Terry Ogle

I have been employed by the CA High Speed Rail Authority since March 2014. Prior to that I was employed with the CA Department of Transportation for 27 years. I am serving the Authority as the Central Valley Project Manager for Central Valley Region. As such, I assist the Regional Director with oversight and delivery of preliminary engineering and environmental clearance of the high speed rail corridor within the Central Valley, specifically Fresno to Bakersfield. I provide technical and administrative support to the CP1 Design Build Contact Manager to ensure compliance with Design Criteria, the Authority agreements and obligations, and coordinate negotiations and communications between the Authority, Project Management Team and local agencies. Prior my current job with CAHSRA, I was the Design Office Chief for Central Region, Project Development. I was the point of contact for highway design related issues. I have a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University (May 1987). I am a Registered Professional Engineer (September 1990) and hold a certificate as a Project Manager Professional (October 2003).
