I have been in multiple industries for many years, ranging from restaurants to national sales management. I have done everything from designing, building and opening restaurants, to running multiple units and being a very successful GM, to creating a national sales concept from the ground up. I am known for the ability to lead regions and concepts in both sales and profits as well as maintaining a loyal workforce. I have trained numerous managers over the years and am fully knowledgeable in all aspects of multiple operations ranging from 24 hour diners, full service restaurants and a national sales office.*I have a reputation of building profits and sales through the development of my people and the streamlining of operations to conform with company standards and customer satisfaction.*I have obtained various knowledge and skills through the directing of openings or remodelings of numerous concepts and business entities.*I built from scratch a hospitality recruiting firm and sourced many local and national chains as clients. Starting with nothing, I built a network of over 100 clients and thousands of qualified hospitality managers.
