PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Rash Curtis & Associates, Vacaville, CA Owner Responsible for business development and growth. Landed Rash Curtis’ first national account within 6 months. Involved in all aspects of the business. Modified and standardized work standards between both branches. In 2010, we purchased T A Ross of Stockton CA and Professional Recovery Systems of San Jose. Merged all operations into our Vacaville, CA Corporate office. In the last 20 years, we have expanded RCA and our resources to service our clients better. I like to build and grow companies. I do this by surrounding myself with great talent. I want to provide a healthy and fun work environment that encourages positive morale and also provide incentives for employees to stay at RCA. Because we care about our employees, we offer healthcare and a 401K. This ties into my long term objective of providing top tier customer service for our clients who stay with us so long they become like family. I started working for the family business, P.W. Collections which is where I received unique mentoring and learning opportunities as only a family member might receive. Although we only had 38 clients, they were all fortune 500 companies. Collections/ Operations - With 43 + years in the collection industry and over 30 years in management, developing and maintaining collection call centers utilizing state of the art automated call center processes for collections and skiptracing. Set and consistently met collection goals and budgets on monthly / quarterly basis. Broad background in corporate staff functions including: recruiting, training, personnel, process management, quality control, MIS and the development of daily operating procedures. Budgetary analysis, Marketing and Sales – Developed and executed marketing plans. Responsible for increasing regional and national clientele, as well as fostering on-going client relations.
