As the VP of Strategy and Operations at SmartAsset, a personal finance technology company, I lead the continuous improvement of internal company processes and the rapid scaling of the business. I have over 18 years of people leadership experience, including 10+ years at Zillow Group, where I held various roles in organizational operations, technical product and program management, talent acquisition and management, business strategy, and cross functional operations. My specialty is building organizational structures and equitable and inclusive workforce plans that focus both on employee experience and effectiveness. My approach is simple: I leverage analytics and insights to identify gaps, propose creative solutions, and work with a wide array of cross functional partners to bring changes to life and drive results.
