So, after 40+ years in the Electrical Industry, I have made the decision to pass on some of that knowledge and experience. It is a difficult decision to change employment roles. Becoming a Trainer and Assessor has been made a little easier by working with a great group, and also staying in the Electrical Supply Industry. One regret, wish I did it 10 years ago. Previous a Dynamic Project Manager/WH & S Advisor with extensive staff leadership experience and the ability to exceed all expectations to deliver performance outcomes on time and according to budget. Committed to quality results with a passion for safety leadership. Highly motivated and outcome driven with a solution based approach to problem solving. Able to train new team members on job requirements and experience in managing projects including the coordinating of employees, and sub-contractors and strategy formulation with company directors. Able to implement company and sectional monitoring and adjustment and written and verbal reporting to key stakeholders on Financial / HR performance along with recommendations for improvement. Perform financial budgeting and monitoring for full Profit and Loss accountability of projects under my management and an active participant in business unit financial planning and forecasting with the ability to accept, adapt and strive in new challenges within different sectors of Electrical Infrastructure Industry.
