I currently lead the global Marketing Automation & Operations team at Blackbaud, which supports the development, activation and management of our email, marketing and digital marketing campaigns, as well as define, drive and govern the marketing operations strategy for Blackbaud, YourCause and EVERFI. I have accreditations in Marketo and experience in Pardot, and have both architected and implemented a variety of initiatives within the marketing automation and operations departments including custom integrations, lead scoring, advanced nurtures, lead & customer lifecycles, data management & enrichment, lead routing; implementations of marketing automation systems which also included MA training to stakeholders and rollout plans. Not only am I a tech-savvy, process-driven, problem solver but I also understand how marketing and sales strategies support wider business goals which makes me outcomes focused. Working agency-side as consultant for several years provided me with invaluable experience working with a variety of stakeholders, across a variety of B2B & B2C organisations which included FinServ, Telco & SaaS companies. I’ve driven a variety of marketing programs including 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM programmes, demand gen campaigns and supported digital marketing efforts, such as paid media and content syndication which were also orchestrated through MA platforms and a variety of tech integrations.
