Terrific, yet tenacious…two adjectives that represent Terry’s approach to working with people to stimulate both personal and professional growth and to solve problems. A motivational speaker and the principal of TMS Consulting, her business and training consultancy offers extensive experience in Training and Mentoring, Marketing and Sales, and Success Strategies. Terry works with business owners and executives directly as well as with their sales and marketing staff to acquire new business more profitably. In addition, she provides personal and professional coaching geared toward setting and achieving personal and professional goals. As a consultant, she has developed and presented workshops, seminars, and continuing education coursework for such diverse audiences as sales and marketing professionals, CPAs and accountants, insurance agents, real estate investors, aspiring mentors, managers and administrative staff, and for those seeking career guidance and job search assistance. She has developed and presents the “Business Basics for Entrepreneurs” workshop giving entrepreneurs a solid foundation. Currently Terry is working with the Atlanta Urban League which sponsored her 10 session Business Building workshop series. Terry also served as consultant to and then Director of the Investor Apprenticeship Program with the Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GaREIA) Institute of Education. She designed and implemented the Mentor orientation to ensure a uniform approach to working with new investors, wrote the program policies and procedures, and developed and implemented 3 new courses with over 60 contact hours of training.
