I have had the opportunity in my career to inspect several thousand homes, many being over 100 years old. This type home demands a very detailed and in-depth inspection and many different aspects of these homes are very different from today’s modern construction homes. It is always my goal to ensure the Home buyers of the safety and the sound structural overall condition of their investment and to give them the peace of mind knowing they are making a wise decision on their investment. It is also my goal to educate the general public of what a good investment it is having a home inspection preformed. It is a very minimal cost when you consider the cost of the real estate you are about to purchase and it helps eliminate those hidden surprises which can place the buyer in a financial stress if found after the purchase. Buying a home is very much like buying a used car. A good home inspection is like a test drive to the mechanics before you make the purchase.
