I am an effective communicator with a great attitude, and a demonstrated ability to bring about positive change. I'm very approachable and able to inspire, coach and develop others. Mature beyond my years, I have no need to rock the boat against conventional social expectations. I make decisions and act consistently with my personal ethics. Where honesty, principles and ethics are concerned, there are no grey areas. Curious, I am seldom content with what I know and am happiest pursuing more knowledge. I am well-read on many subjects and am considered to be an expert on the best practices in my field. Able to maintain a deep and focused concentration, I easily screen out distractions when solving challenging problems. Self-motivated, I like to initiate independent and high risk goals. I have no difficulty starting new assignments that are untried. In fact, I prefer to stand on my own two feet and believe that my opinions are equal to the best.
