About Terry Willis

Terry was recruited to Denver by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, before graduating from The Ohio State University. After fourteen years of design and management experience with SOM as project designer, team leader and field office manager of major national and international projects, Terry joined Urban Design Group, now 4240 Architecture, in 1994. He has lived and worked in Barcelona and Manila and executed projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and Pakistan. Terry is able to fill a challenging leadership position requiring creative planning, architectural design, technical and management decision-making. In addition to leading major Mixed-Use and Transit-Oriented developments, Terry was an Associate Principal and the Denver Studio Manager of 4240 Architecture, before joining KTGY as Principal in the Denver office, responsible for directing Multi-Family Market-rate and Affordable Housing projects.
