Terry Wolters is a highly diversified and successful professional with over 30 years experience in data networking, telecommunications and healthcare technology. He was a pioneer in the area of Voice over IP (VoIP). And is the founder and CEO of NotifiUs, LLC. The NotifiUs Patient Engagement Platform (PEP) addresses the complex issue of improving patient self management of their medication adherence regimen, through a new generation of integrated data analytics and mobile communications. He has held positions as a software engineer, program manager, business development and marketing and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board of Directors.He has had direct Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for several businesses and business departments and in all cases managed a successful Return on Investment (R.O.I); he understands that success comes with “client focus”. He has successfully raised over $42mm in venture capital and $10mm in institutional funding during one of the most difficult market condition of the past three decades. And developed a hardware and software based technology platform in 36 months, which was 6 months ahead of the original schedule. Terry has been a member of the Health Technology Network of Greater Washington, D.C. for the past three years and actively involved with the on-going dialogue of Health Reform in the U.S. and the recent HHS Certification Committee for Health Information Technology. He has held discussions on remote healthcare issues with the office of U.S. Congressman Mr. Frank Wolf, Deputy Administrator General Services Administration and Virginia Director of DBME.
