Educating youth for 30 years has been a humbling experience. As I approach the end of my career, I can honestly say that I feel extremely blessed to have touched so many lives. It's amazing that I still mentor ones that I taught in the 90s from GA and CA. What I have experienced teaching on both sides of the coast is that young people are pretty much the same from east to west. Earning my doctorate degree was the highlight until I was honored by being named Principal of the Year in 2014-2015 in the fifth largest school district in GA. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would get this honor. There are so many great leaders in CCPS. Any of them could have won this award! However, this is evidence that our team continue to work hard to educate and mentor youth. The best part of my career is having former students tell me how much I have meant to them throughout their life! In addition, to see two of my former assistant principals promote to the principal position and to be named Principal of the Year, is Simply PRICELESS! In addition to my work in education, I have also had some success in the business field. I believe that one should always look to supplement their income. Life is too long not too. Today, network marketing is creating more millionaires than any other field. Being that I am a smart man, I joined a Network Marketing Company, Kynect.
