My experience extends more than 18 years selling and auctioning real estate and personal property within Central and Southern Ohio. I earned my real estate license through Hondros College and began working with the late William Bresler Jr, Broker, Circleville Realty. The last 8 years I have been associated with Ohio Real Estate Auctions, Barry Baker, Broker, in Columbus, as a Sales Agent and Auctioneer; conducting listings, sales and auctions of real estate. I remain an active member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the Columbus Board of Realtors MLS. I attended American School of Auctioneering in Williard, Ohio, and completed my apprenticeship under the late Colonel Lloyd Spung and the late Colonel Norman Godden; both talented and well respected auctioneers. Selling and listing real estate properties are important to me as I enjoy helping my clients find that perfect home. My passion resides in auctioning real estate properties. The thrill of calling bids and yelling Sold offers an exciting challenge of finding the right buyer.
