I am a self-motivated individual that enjoys working and leading a team. I have been employed at Cummins from 2019 to July 2023 as a Workshop Supervisor. We have Grown our Team from and reached new record heights.I have had the opportunity to Teach and Guide Apprentice` and Technicians from their First year to becoming Qualified in the Field of Heavy Diesel Mechanic all through their Journey to Full Field Service Technicians on High Horsepower Engines. Business expansion and cost management as well as loss control consult to large and medium sized organizations have also been part of my journey. I have boardroom experience at mid-level and I am used to dealing with undefined and unstructured challenges that Pop up due to Breakdowns at a Mining Level as well as Perishable Road Freight.I belive in preventing before curing is needed.I am particularly comfortable working in a strategic planning and Team environment Planning for the unknown and unforeseen. I am articulate and I place a premium on all thins Safety integrity, respect for individuals and the environment as well as frank and honest communication. In my current role as Workshop Manager for PBE Rutherford cable repair shop my team and I have build and also reached new heights in the electrical cable supply and repair market in Emerald and surrounds for underground and open cut / Dragline mining sectors. Along with all parties involved and we strive to continue to build on the rock solid foundations already supporting customers worldwide in the many industries were involved in.
