About Tess Berardi

Hi, my name is Tess I am currently in a Service Desk Analyst role; working for a talent and recruitment business. I hold multiple degrees within management and software development and recently completed a week-long course with CompTIA in Data +. I am a Pennsylvania Native; now residing in Ohio with a passion for problem solving and assisting others in a way that will help your business thrive. I worked as law enforcement during my time in the U.S. Air Force, where I was able to take an opportunity that allowed me to gain leadership, customer service, purchasing, and large-scale inventory skills. From there I stepped into my current role as a server desk analyst where I get to be multitalened individual. Managing tickets, business applications, google admin, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network related issues both in person and remotely. Going forward I hope to work in an analyst type role, with a company that allows me the ability to expand my knowledge into data and Power BI reporting. In my free time, you will find me taking RV road trips, in the gym, or taking the time to decompress with a video game. Overall, I am an empathetic individual. whose experiences have allowed me the ability to provide both exceptional customer service and collaboration with others. I am capable of bringing any issue to a resolution, even if that requires research on my behalf. My knowledge in Information Technology allows me to work in a broad spectrum of roles, and gain further certifications where needed.
