I am an organised, pro-active and efficient leader and I believe that communication, team work and a happy, healthy approach achieves the best business results.I have delivered this time and time again throughout my career, improving systems and processes, proactively ensuring that time-wasting mistakes are not made, communication is targeted, training is intelligible and relevant.I am an experienced Information Technology Manager, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Computer Science from The University of Kent at Canterbury. I have worked across different industries which include publishing, law and education.I have strong business analysis, statistical analysis and system design skills, as well as uniquely complementary, strong, written communication skills. This complement has been demonstrated throughout my career in my ability to write process documentation, training materials and reports. I excel in building strong teams with a variety of skills, and maximising results through well-being and the resulting productivity.While not working I can often be found on a tennis or badminton court. For quiet time I love to try my hand at various crafting pursuits including painting, writing and sewing. I love to garden and use the fruits of my labour in one of my favourite hobbies of all: cooking nutritious and tasty meals for friends and family.
