About Tess Dula

I’m a Development Project Manager with Hunt Companies, focused on bringing master-planned communities to life through thoughtful land planning, municipal coordination, and infrastructure execution. At Hunt, I manage complex projects from acquisition through construction, directing engineers, architects, and consultants to deliver on entitlement strategies, platting, MUD reimbursements, and budget efficiency. I regularly collaborate with municipal officials and county partners to move projects forward while representing developer interests at public meetings and industry events. Currently pursuing a Master of Land and Property Development at Texas A&M, I’m deepening my understanding of the economic, legal, and planning frameworks that shape resilient communities. Beyond development, I serve on the Workforce Development Committee with the HBA of Greater Austin and actively contribute to the Temple Area Builders Association. Each week, I coach a women-only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class and co-host quarterly self-defense seminars for women across Central Texas—including tailored sessions for groups like the Texas Council of Realtors. I’m passionate about creating places that serve people and thrive where community-building, design, and long-term planning intersect.
