About Tess Ford

With a creative, vision-first approach, I help businesses translate who they are into meaningful brand experiences. In my current role, I provide hands‑on support for large‑scale, nationwide convention and client events, contributing across the full lifecycle - from planning to day‑of execution. I also manage the day‑to‑day operation of corporate gifting initiatives, which include researching and curating trend‑forward gifting ideas, managing client orders, tracking inventory, overseeing fulfillment and shipping logistics, and reporting on campaign performance. Additionally, my experience includes social media management, visual graphic design, and copywriting, with hands‑on experience in content planning, scheduling, audience engagement, customer relationship building, and report analysis. I’ve supported brands across a diverse range of industries, including marketing agencies, healthcare staffing, orthodontics, call centers, retail, roofing, and optometry.
