About Tess Olnick

Multi-faceted, experienced Program Director and Photographer born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, CA. Over 15 years of professional experience in complex scheduling, people management, administrative assistance and creative expression. In my current role as Program Director at Ride On LA, my responsibilities include administrative duties that require me to have great communication skills, the ability to work well with others and be a team player, and other valuable skills such as problem-solving, multitasking and computer literacy. I’ve supported Executives, I have a very strong work ethic and I get my work done reliably and efficiently. My passion for photography began in childhood and has followed me ever since. I've developed a keen eye for capturing the perfect moment, especially within the animal kingdom. I developed my photography business on my own and am very thankful for where it's taken me. I've also been lucky enough to travel to other parts of the world and photograph wildlife- one of my personal favorite places to do so is Costa Rica. Outside of work, I am an all around animal lover and outdoorswoman. I enjoy hiking with my 2 dogs and enjoying this beautiful planet we live on in any way I can. I also enjoy reading, baking, and spending time with my partner. Overall I would describe myself as an active person, which fuels my drive to continuously learn and contribute positively to both my field and community.
