These include:Building Relationships and Communication Style: In my five years as Office Administrator, Executive Assistant and Talent Coordinator at Accuteque Global, I have been the initial point of contact for our clients, team members, suppliers and vendors. As the person they first see when they walk through our door or talk to when they pick up the phone, it is critical for me to build trust and confidence early in those interactions. I adapt my communication style to the needs of everyone I liaise with to consistently and accurately understand their queries and requests, and provide them with the assistance that they need.Organisational and Time Management Skills: Working for a small organisation, my daily responsibilities are reactive to the priorities of our organisation. Clear and transparent communication with managers and colleagues has been integral to managing competing expectations and my time effectively. Priorities can be quick to change and are wide-ranging. From responsibilities in recruitment, communications, events management and internal project support; my flexible and enthusiastic approach to learning has left me with a diverse range of skills and abilities.Technical Competency: System experience includes MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Yammer, EnableHR, Xero, Workflow Max, Trello, Knack, IBM SPSS Statistics and Hootsuite.
