I have a diploma in Medical Billing and Coding from Fortis College-Phoenix and I am currently pursuing a certificate in the same field from Penn Foster.I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and building professional relationships with all members of the health care team, both internal and external. I have strong communication, decision making, critical thinking, and organizational skills that enable me to effectively manage work activities, document interactions, and escalate issues when needed. My goal is to empower patients with education and care coordination that improves their health outcomes and satisfaction.
