About Tess Wilkinson

As a qualified teacher with over 25 years’ experience in education both internationally and in the UK, I have gained extensive knowledge from working with a wide range of Private and Public sector stakeholders including educational institutions, local government, students, employees and business leaders. I deliver innovative education projects, business development and marketing solutions while designing frameworks to ensure their sustainability. Accomplished communicator and team-player, I have highly developed interpersonal and networking skills and have successfully built relationshipsboth nationally and internationally. As a leader I nurture, grow and empower my teams. After graduating and qualifying as a teacher in the UK, I moved to France to live and work. With an interest in international education and teaching I worked primarily with young adults and for the highly regarded ‘Ecoles de Commerce’ and ‘Ecoles preparatoires’. In 2005, I set up and ran a language school in Brittany until moving back to the UK in 2010. I spent 7 years working for an outstanding school in the South West of England, then moved away from teaching to pursue my passion: providing a way for students and schools to develop impactful employer/education partnerships. I founded Premium Partners for Schools, enabling schools to build dynamic, strong and fruitful relationships with businesses in the local area and beyond. This multi-award winning scheme was adopted by several schools, and led to me working with The British School of Brussels, where I developed ‘BSB Futures’, a highly successful scheme that generates opportunities for students from primary to 6th form to meet and learn from a range of professionals and alumni.Now as Director of Education Services for Henley & Partners Education, I support global families seeking expert, bespoke services while choosing premium, international education for their children. We offer a bespoke school search and placement service, our own assessment, the Henley Academic Profiling Assessment, as well as wealth of additional services.
