For over 20 years since the establishment of NTT DOCOMO, Japan's largest mobile operator, I have been primarily engaged in developing new business initiatives. My work has included launching "i-mode," one of the world’s first mobile internet services, as well as creating innovative payment services utilizing mobile phone billing systems. Since 2019, I have been serving as COO of LIVE BOARD, a Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) company jointly established by NTT DOCOMO and Dentsu in the same year. LIVE BOARD was founded to create new industry standards in the DOOH space through a strategic alliance between DOCOMO, Japan’s No.1 mobile carrier, and Dentsu, the country’s leading advertising agency. Our mission is to harness digital innovation and big data to transform and optimize the Out-of-Home advertising network.
