As Head of the Global Design Center at Fujitsu and a senior transformation consultant, I lead business innovation through a unique integration of business strategy, cutting-edge technology, and design thinking. With a strong foundation in logical, analytical thinking and a deep understanding of user-centered design, I specialize in crafting breakthrough solutions that differentiate clients in competitive markets. Since 2020, I have spearheaded a major organizational and strategic transformation of Fujitsu’s design organization. I led efforts that expanded the business value of design from virtually zero to over JPY 50 billion by 2024, and increased the number of design-driven business pipelines from 30 to 200. I scaled the design organization from 160 to 200 members and transformed it from a domestic team into a global design network spanning the UK, Finland, and India starting in July 2025. This expansion underpins our push to scale our consulting operations across EMEA and APAC.
