About Teus Hols

Experienced application designer/developer with a good sense for quality, result and details. Over the years I have gained a lot of experience in design (functional and technical), programming, testing, implementation, coordination and support of retail-oriented software products. I am analytical, structured, innovative, result- and customer-oriented. Good communication is very important to me. One of my strengths is translating technical issues into understandable language for stakeholders. Working together with the end user, for setting up the requirements, is one of my favorites and thereby I like to use prototyping. I like working in a team, but working independently is also no problem. Specialismen Functional/technical design. Analysis, Design and Construction with I-case-tool: IEF, Cool:Gen, CA Gen, Advantage:Gen, AllFusion Gen. Some experience with modern integration techniques such as Oracle SOA Suite. Supporting helpdesk with incident- and problem management. Supporting (external) colleagues with development of applications. Set up GUI standards. Set up design- and development standards.
