I have mastered project / programme rollout in infrastructure projects and manufacturing technology transfer projects across industries. I (Thabani) initiates Capital projects – from a few R100k to a Billion Rand (Millions of USD) taking end-to-end responsibility and delivering them within world-class professional governance requirements/ guidelines. This I neatly package for board / EXCO approval via professional concept documents, bankable feasibility studies, project charters and approvals briefing / presentations. I also take the lead to manage diverse teams in different geographies to ensure the projects/ programmes are executed within Budget, Time, Quality requirements and with minimum Risk Exposure to the business. Because of my natural leadership gift, my wide industry experience abroad & locally and strong academic footing, I have built a unique capability to manage complex projects - offshore and across the African continent from start to finish – hence always adding / increasing shareholder value. I am a practical engineering professional, professional project manager, a systems thinker with an excellent business acumen. My main strength lies in a precise mix of both technical and leadership skills, which makes me a master in execution.
