My name is Thacze, and I have just completed the Masters of Education in Higher Education (specializing in Student Development and Student Services) at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education - UofT. I am passionate about supporting diverse student communities to achieve student success in postsecondary studies, a concept that is unique and to be defined by each individual student. As a recent graduate, I have lived experience in postsecondary education, and the struggles many students face (academically, socially, financially, etc.). Additionally, with internship and student-staff experience in student services at UofT, I have deep theoretical and practical knowledge of student development, student support, student engagement, and holistic community care. I am open to full- or part-time work or volunteer opportunities in postsecondary student services or other community development/engagement fields, and am based in the GTHA.
