My most recent success can be seen as Assistant Managers of the Downers Grove Chili’s location, where I have steadily improved every aspect of the SELECTED CAREER HIGHLIGHTS Reduced waste costs 28% after taking over an underperforming Chili’s location in Downers Grove, and subsequently maintained those levels moving forward. Achieved recognition of Top 3 in PPA across all Chili’s Grill & Bar while serving as General Manager of the Morris, IL location. Won the Manager of the Year Award for the St. Louis Market while holding complete oversight for BOH line setup, hiring, scheduling, and purchasing.
