Just an upbeat kitchen guy that’s makes dreams reality. A self starting, highly motivated, manager. I’m career oriented now more than ever! I started my restaurant journey at Olive Garden as a bus boy as a part time job. I fell in love with the environment and immediately wanted to work my way through. I became a Culinary Professional (hourly manager) very quickly here. I left in 2020 to pursue my management career with Ocharley’s. I rose through the company extremely fast. I was hired in as a Kitchen Manager due to my very powerful knowledge of being a HOH person. I rose to be a very strong KM continuously posting extremely good COGS, ending inventories, ticket times, week in and week out. I was an interim GM for a sister store in my market; I spent two days a week running the Admin aspect of that store and the physical aspect of my home store while posting great numbers in both! I got the chance of a lifetime in 2022 to work closer to home and work for Logan’s Roadhouse as an Assistant General Manager. My strengths are in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint specifically. My presence quickly started seeing sales growth 20% plus over prior years even against 2019 in some periods. My knowledge of reading and understanding a PNL, partnering with my KM on how to order smart to help run sub 33% Cogs with a 35% company goal; working with my General Manager to quickly help develop team leads into Managers for Logan’s: Landed me a General Manager offer, which I declined due to having to relocate and my Wife being 7 months pregnant at the time. In January 2023, Cracker Barrel reached out to me with the most amazing offer I couldn’t turn down. I get to work for the greatest food concept in America. I am in the Senior Associate Manager program currently, it’s the only way to become a GM from within the company. I ran labor for over a year from January 2023 to May of 2024 and didn’t miss labor once in 16 months. My current AOR is food; I haven’t missed food the 6 months I have been on it.
