About Thaddeus Tondu

Most home service businesses are great at the work. The marketing? That's where things fall apart. I started On Purpose Media in February 2020 with one goal: build a marketing agency that home service contractors could actually trust. No vanity metrics. No smoke and mirrors. Just leads, booked jobs, and real growth. Today, OPM works exclusively with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses across North America, helping them dominate local search, run smarter paid ads, and build websites that actually convert. We've helped 150+ contractors grow, and we're not done. But the marketing only works when the business behind it is built right. That's the conversation I care about most. I speak at industry events and work with business owners on the stuff that doesn't show up in a marketing report: culture, leadership, operations, and the "why" that keeps you going when the slow season hits hard and the team is testing your patience. Before OPM, I spent years in sales and media, learning how to build genuine relationships and communicate value. Those lessons still drive everything I do. A few things that matter to me outside the office-> My family. Non-negotiable dinner at home every night-> My dog Luna, who is objectively the best-> Hockey, golf, and anything that gets me outside. If you're a home service business owner who wants more from your marketing, or someone who wants to talk business, leadership, or growth, let's connect.
