About Thaddeus Wasowicz

I'm an actuary looking for an opportunity to combine my interpersonal skills with my passion for analytics and problem solving to help my new employer go above and beyond their goals. My 9 years experience as a pension consultant have honed my ability to analyze and understand an actuarial valuation and clearly communicate findings to a client. I've used multiple valuation software programs to analyze results and can expertly use Microsoft Excel and Word to combine those results into a professional report. It shouldn't be a surprise to hear that an actuary has a passion for numbers, but I also have strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a team environment. My positions early in life (bank teller, teacher, coach) gave me the opportunity to work with people in a variety of roles, and it has served me well in both coworker and client relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy recreational sports such as soccer and volleyball, traveling, and volunteering with my local church. I've spent a week almost every summer for over 15 years volunteering at youth camps, and have built hundreds of relationships I still maintain today.
