Hello, pleasure to meet you! My name is Thais Catucci. I have over 15 years of experience in Public Relations, hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Communication Management from ECA-USP, and am passionate about people and cultures. Driven by these passions, I have been delivering high-performance results in corporate communication, social responsibility, sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion for nearly two decades. I believe Communication can support the development of a company that is committed and transparent in its actions, foster an engaged leadership willing to share and collaborate with its teams, and cultivate an audience proud of their work (adding even more brilliance to everything they do!). I have worked in 100% digital, hybrid, and fully "analog"/physical environments (such as hospitals and factories), which has challenged me as a professional to devise creative and diverse approaches to internal communication. After all, ensuring everyone has access to quality information within a corporate ecosystem is essential. Another passion I live and learn every day is the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) universe. I’ve had hands-on experience in building a "legacy"—a choice I am committed to throughout my career. Developing volunteer programs, producing social responsibility reports, designing a corporate forest, and engaging a highly invested audience in this world have all been part of my portfolio so far-) Combining Communication and ESG is something that allows me to experience “flow.” It enables me to engage in fulfilling activities that enhance my concentration, interest, motivation, creativity, and, ultimately, my learning.
