As the Founder and CEO of Poditivity, I’m leading a mission to revolutionize education and employability by bridging the gaps between students, institutions, and corporates. Started Poditivity with a bold vision to tackle the inefficiencies in education-to-employment pathways, knowing the impact this could have on millions of students and organizations. With a family of 25+ talented individuals who believe in this mission, we are building our MVP to redefine higher education with cutting-edge AI, analytics, and blockchain technologies. Recognized by Startup India, Odisha, and Telangana for our innovative approach to solving critical challenges in employability and higher education. The Achievements That Matter: Team Building: Built a motivated team of over 25 professionals united by a shared purpose while bootstrapping. Recognition: Earned support and validation from key government initiatives like Startup India, Odisha and Telangana. Mission-Driven Development: Progressed significantly on the development of an innovative MVP that will connect students with verified opportunities, empower institutions with analytics, and simplify recruitment for corporates. Signed an MoU with KITS Warangal and actively participated towards holistic development of our community. Starting without external funding meant learning to maximize every resource, prioritize effectively, and lead with conviction. Building a team from scratch in an early-stage startup environment required not just vision but trust, empathy, and clarity of purpose. Navigating the complexities of education, technology, and market adoption while staying true to the mission of delivering real impact.
