Currently I work full time at EquipmentShare. Equipment Share is a progressive, customer focused Rental provider offering a wide range of Civil & Access Machinery to service the Commercial and Residential sectors. We work hard to provide a service that is reliable and easy to use, allowing you more up time on the work-site. We are focused on building partnerships, providing quality equipment and creating value for spend through a tailored offering My mission: My purpose is to strive to be a reputable and knowledgeable sustainability industry leader. I pledge a commitment to excellence, providing on-going education and implementing sustainable business practices where possible. What have I accomplished that I can genuinely and shamelessly take credit for: I searched out, researched and presented a case to management for why our company should be Carbon Neutral. I headed up all the research, completed all the application forms, set up, implemented and now monitors all our company Eco procedures. I successfully gained our Carbon Neutral Certification, along with our Eco Warranty and then entered our company in the Sustainable 60 awards – which we won a category in and on our second entry won Medium Business of the Year. I want to be known as a proud person, to be identified for my efforts in living sustainably, in work and as a positive influence on others. I want to be recognised for my values: loyalty, kindness, trust. Success for me means: Being happy and satisfied in my work and personal life. Finding the best in others and making a positive impact wherever I can. Success for me is accomplishing my goals and setting new goals to continue growing as a person.
