About Thandeka Mazibuko

For as long as I could remember, I have always enjoyed activities that encouraged me to think and learn. Whether I was fixing a broken stove at home or playing sudoku on an old newspaper, problem-solving and critical thinking were things that fascinated me. I knew that whatever career space I lend in should be one that makes me have that feeling and fascination. Electrical engineering became that space for me, opening up a world of new and vast knowledge beyond my wildest dreams. It presented endless tools and channels of problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration. I have been a part of really cool projects, from programming a galaxy shooter game, a fully functional group study website, and a file transfer application. All of which have improved my problem-solving and critical thinking skills, my creativity and collaboration skills too. Now having acquired this knowledge, I am eager to get into the industry and apply it. My goal is to continue to learn, increase my professional knowledge and skills, and get to work with great minds from all walks of life. I am ready to grow and evolve in my mindset and skills set and make a difference.
