While doing the creditors for Apcan Security group I was also doing the creditors for several other entities at the same time and have been doing so from 2011. Protection Through Innovation - vehicle tracking and security bracelet division Storm Risk Consultants - Polygraph and Crim Checks division where I also did ITC checks and verifications Monryn Properties - Building and maintenance division Zevoli 9 - Training and recruitment division Apcan Armed Response & Technology - Armed reaction division while I was doing their creditors I also did complete stock handling, stock takes, adjustments and reporting Kodisso Services - Branding and Marketing as well as Reseller division I started out as a receptionist then moved to creditors after some extensive training on the different platforms starting with pastel partners and then moving to evolution over the years, I was then tasked to open up a procurement division for Apcan and was moved there and left my duties of Creditors for all entities but 1. While doing the procurement for Apcan I was asked to step in at Kodisso as well and then became the procurement and production manager and have been handling all fields for Kodisso being the following : Debtors - collections, invoicing, banking, statements and reporting Procurement - ordering, quality checks, reporting, negotiation and sustaining stock quantities Creditors - purchase orders, reconciliations, remittance advices, banking and adjustments. Sales - bringing in new business and seeking new opportunities in the market. I have had training and have studied for the positions I have filled up and continue to do because it’s true what they say “ learning never stops “ and I always aim to better myself and achieve the most out of any and every thing.
