Motivated worker with military training in Enterprise level Technical Support, as well as in civilian Customer Service. As a former member of United States Air Force, I have been a follower as well as a leader, and do well switching between both roles, and have a focus on adaptability and learning new skills as necessary, without hesitation. The Armed Forces have taught me to take charge and responsibility for my own work. I have also learned how to work well in a team-oriented environment.
