My expertise spans CAD/CAM, product design, structural analysis, and various advanced manufacturing processes. With hands-on experience in fabrication, machining, welding, and additive manufacturing, I am adept at executing complex projects from concept to completion. In my recent academic and professional experiences, I have developed a strong proficiency in a range of software tools, including CATIA V5, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ANSYS Workbench. My practical skills are complemented by a solid foundation in quality control, project management, and process optimization. I am proficient in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement practices, ensuring that I can effectively contribute to enhancing production efficiency and product quality. Throughout my internships and part-time roles, I have demonstrated my ability to solve complex engineering problems, optimize manufacturing processes, and design innovative solutions. Notable projects include designing and fabricating an extendable bundle puller for refinery plants, creating prototypes for UTeM’s water wheel and EV tractor projects, and developing an automated car dryer to reduce manpower and prevent watermarks at Volvo Car Manufacturing Malaysia.
