My name is Thano, I help people in achieving and exceeding their goals in time and budget. I have the ability to recognize difficult problems and advise suitable solutions for seamless flow of work in order to attain positive results. My expertise lies in successfully conceptualizing, implementing, and overseeing innovative marketing strategies and communication strategies to drive market impact and expansion. I have become at adept at analyzing research data, networking with stakeholders, using extensive marketing skill, and motivating high-performance teams. I offer a successful background generating public interest through creation of brand identity, campaigns, and client communications. During that time, I’ve worked on creating cost-effective solutions, faced business workplace challenges and worked on improving customer satisfaction. Over the years I’ve learned to lead, be lead and manage small to large groups of team members. A few of my career highlights include my work in the United States Marine Corps as a non-commissioned offer, where I served in Iraq as a combat correspondent. I had the honor of telling the stories of the young men and women who were on the front lines fighting for their country. Additionally, I spent time as the marketing and public affairs officer in the recruiting field around Washington D.C. Metro area. This is where I honed my skills as a marketer, strategic partner specialist and created relationships with many media outlets. During my time in the Marines, I spent knew it was important to continue my education and completed a Bachelor’s of Arts in marketing and public relations. Upon leaving active duty and graduation from college, I dove head first into my Master of Business Administration with a focus in marketing. I additionally attained a certificate in digital marketing from Georgetown University to stay on top of the ever changing platforms in the digital world.
