I’ve successfully led complex projects from commissioning new systems to implementing safety programs, always with a focus on driving operational efficiency and maintaining the highest safety standards. Currently, as a Process Engineer at Tolko Industries, I leverage my hands-on expertise to optimize plant operations, manage regulatory compliance, and lead process improvement initiatives. My previous roles, such as Chief Engineer at West Fraser and Shift Engineer at Bunge Canada, have given me a deep understanding of process safety management, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
