About Thato Khonyane

I have had the honour of completing my National Diploma at the Durban University of Technology, after completing my theory I then spent 12 months with Endress + Hauser as Trainee Technician. Where I gained practical experience of the field instrumentation. After completing the training, I joined Vusaken engineering Consulting as a Project Technician, where I got involved in Technical and engineering design input to water and wastewater projects, System integration Scada and field instrumentation. I also got involved in project management of various projects. Project schedule preparation, pre-planning, and resource forecasting for projects. I was offered an opportunity to work in the electrification projects. Where I was responsible for Project Pre-planning and management. I then took an opportunity to work as Technical Sales Support Professional, an opportunity would see me going into sale and customer service by Siemens Digital Industries (Process Instrumentation), where I am developing, designing and submit customer proposals in technical aspects, analysing customer’s technical setup in order to better judge on aspects of product and solution integration. Completing technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stage as part of the sales team. I am growing in the field of Process Instrumentation and I considering this as my strong point.
