I hold the role of Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer (reporting to the Group CEO), where I leverage my rich experience to shape and execute the strategy of Right to Care (an organisations with 4500+ employees across 7 countries). I also lead on developing and maintaining strategic relationships and partnerships. In this role I also lead all business development activities for the organisation. My mission is to drive revenue growth, innovation, and lasting value by identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and aligning our vision with evolving market dynamics. As an accomplished professional with a diverse career trajectory, I've had the privilege of serving in pivotal leadership roles that have shaped my expertise and passion for driving positive change. My journey within Right to Care began as a Chief Technical Specialist, where I honed my technical prowess and a deep understanding of complex challenges and subsequently, as a Chief of Party, I had the privilege of leading transformative initiatives, harnessing the power of collaboration and innovation to achieve sustainable impact. My career has been defined by a commitment to excellence, a passion for problem-solving, and a dedication to driving meaningful change.
