Em 12 anos de constante evolução, aprendi a viver a resiliência diante de todos os desafios, em áreas distintas porém interligadas no objetivo final: o resultado. Tenho experiência na gestão do departamento de comunicação e marketing completo, liderei e lidero projetos de branding, shooting, social media, lançamentos de produtos e inovação de segmento, estratégias de educação para alavancagem comercial, campanhas para sell-out no PDV e on-line, comunicação interna, relacionamento com influencers e embaixadores, canal técnico no YouTube, feiras e eventos pelo mundo. Public Relations out of love! Communication is part of my nature. Thinking about it strategically to ensure results, through a lot of dialogue and solid relationships is what motivates me, and I do it with great enthusiasm. As a graduate in Public Relations, I had the best practical training that the market and my professional experiences could offer me. In 12 years of constant evolution, I have learned to live with resilience in the face of all challenges, in different but interconnected areas in the ultimate goal: the result. I have experience in managing the complete communication and marketing department, leading and managing branding projects, shooting, social media, product launches, segment innovation, education strategies for commercial leverage, sell-out campaigns on and off-line, internal communication, relationship with influencers and ambassadors, technical channel on YouTube, beauty fairs, and events around the world.
