About Thayane Alves

I’ve always been curious about how a product can evoke different emotions and reactions from its users. Professionally, I find purpose in working directly with users—whether through technical support or system implementation. Both experiences have allowed me to create meaningful impact, contributing to the development of better solutions for end users. Currently, I work as a Technical Support Analyst at TOTVS, where I also lead diversity groups focused on promoting dialogue and empowering the Black community. In recent years, I’ve worked in roles that combine implementation and customer experience, managing projects that directly enhance the user journey. My background in both strategic and technical roles has helped me bridge the gap between user needs and business solutions. With a degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, I bring a diverse perspective to the tech industry. My career path has led me through sales, onboarding, and user support—allowing me to develop technical skills such as SQL and working with APIs. Beyond my professional life, I’m an active advocate for racial equity and a proud volunteer at TETO, a nonprofit organization focused on building homes in underserved communities in Rio de Janeiro. I’m truly grateful for the career opportunities I’ve had so far, and I’m constantly inspired by the incredible professionals who have helped shape my journey.
