About Thea Dodge

Over my 32 years with FedEx I've been a Material Handler, a Courier and am now an Expeditor (which is a combination of the best parts of the other two!) I was the Music and Movement teacher at Ontario Christian Preschool for 5 years. I coordinated my curriculum with the classroom teachers to create a fun and energetic program enjoyed by students and parents alike. I've had many wonderful opportunities to volunteer over the years. As a teenager I traveled to Mexico and Ecuador to pour cement, paint, re-roof a church, and build a small clinic at an airport for bush pilots to bring patients needing urgent medical care. Closer to home I've coached t-ball and soccer, led worship and performed skits for Sunday School classes, been a Team Mom, Room Mom, and Backstage Mom for my kids classes and activities, and worked in the kitchen and coffee bar at my church. While volunteering backstage for my daughter's production of "Mary Poppins" I coordinated an educational "Tea Party" for the 60 student/actors in the play to give them a feel for the customs and manners of the era.
